Kannadiparamba Sree Dharma Sastha temple is located on the Puthentheruvu – Kannadiparamba road in Kannur district, Kerala. The temple is one among the 108 Ayyappa temples in Kerala as it is mentioned in the Thottam Pattu. The temple is around 12 km from Kannur Railway Station. The murti of Sastha in the temple is standing with bow and arrow. The Upa Devatas in the temple are Shiva and Goddess Bhagavathi. Shiva is known as Vayathur Kaliyar.

History has it that the murti of Goddess Bhagavathi was brought from Pandiya kingdom.

The temple is more than 3000 years old. It is believed that initially the temple was Shiva temple. The temple has a grove spreading over 3 acres. The total area of the temple is around 8 acres.

An important offering in the temple is Valiya Vattalam Payasam. It is offered for childbirth in the family. Neerajanam is offered to Sastha, Raktha Pushpanjali to Bhagavathi and Neyyamrut to Shiva.
