Raghuttama Tirtha authored 10 works, primarily commentaries on the works of Madhvacharya, Padmanabha Tirtha, and Jayatirtha. However, only five of his works have been published so far. The majority of his works are titled Bhavabodha, and he is commonly referred to as "Bhavabodhakara" or "Bhavabodhacharya." Some notable works include:
Viṣṇutattvanirṇaya Bhavabodha: A gloss on Jayatirtha's Viṣṇutattvanirṇayaṭikā.
Tattvaprakasika Bhavabodha: A super-commentary on Jayatirtha's Tattvaprakāśikā.
Nyāyavivarana Bhavabodha: A direct commentary on Madhvacharya's Nyāya Vivarana.
Nyāyaratna-Sambandhadipikā: A commentary connecting the words of Madhva and the Sutras of Badarayana.
Brihadaranyaka Bhavabodha: A commentary on Madhvacharya's Brihadaranyaka Upanishad Bhashya, considered his magnum opus.
The remaining works include Vivaraṇoddharā, Gītābhāṣya Bhavabodha (Prameyadīpikā Bhavabodha), Sanyayavivruthi, Tāratamya Stotram, and Taittirīyavinirṇaya.
