Perth Bala Murugan Temple established in 1995 by volunteers & became the biggest South Indian temple in all of Australia
The Bala Murugan Temple was created by Saiva Maha Sabai of WA (Inc) in 1996. The temple Kumbabishekam took place on 11th of May 2008. Sri Bala Murugan Temple was formed by Tamil Hindus from Sri Lanka, India, Malaysia and Singapore residing in WA.
We are primarily a volunteer based organisation, and funded mainly by our Devotes, and grants from local and state government of Australia. Where we are today, our growth is testament to murugan devotes and support and dedication of our volunteers.
We're proud to serve growing hindu community of Perth & Surroundings. Providing a place of worship of Hinduism of Western Australia who wish to practice religion in accordance with traditional Saiva Akama methods -
