The presiding deity of this temple is lord ayyappa. The temple is owned by 'Adiyalloor Mana'. Although its a small temple,its famous for its traditional approach and rituals.
'Makaram Purappadu' in the malayalam month 'Meenam' and 'Thiruvathira Arattu' are the main festivals in the temple. Also Lord Ayyappa takes part in 'Arattupuzha' festival.
Its very good to worship Lord Ayyappa here for 'Sani dhosham'. The main offerings are 'Sarkkara Payasam' and 'Elluthiri'.
