<p> </p> <p>Sri Ganesh Temple in Vancouver was inaugurated by a group of well-wishers from British Columbia who realized the need to erect a temple to satisfy the spiritual interest of people worshipping Lord Ganesh. The Temple Society became a Charity Organization in British Columbia since 1999.</p> <p>The Lord Sri Ganesh’s deity was donated to the devotees by the Late Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami, founder of the Kauai Hindu Monastery, a traditional South-Indian style monastery-temple on the Island of Kauai in Hawaii.</p>
